John McGuire began his career in the late 90's at Ford Motor Co. as a Stamping Development Engineer working on advanced high-strength steel. He spent over five years at U.S. Steels Automotive R&D developing optimized closure designs and earning technical awards.
John joined Stellantis in 2005 and progressed through engineering leadership roles in Advanced Manufacturing and Stamping. In 2015, he moved to the aluminum industry, becoming the Global Director of Automotive, Brazing, Commercial Transportation, and Industrial Product Technology at Arconic, where his work centres on innovation.
