Kai-Peter Berndt brings over 25 years of extensive experience in the automotive and powersports industries in Germany and the USA. As the founder of Powersports Consulting LLC, he specializes in high-performance components for automotive composites and lightweighting developments.

Representing technology-leading manufacturers from Europe, such as AVANCO COMPOSITES, a carbon fiber profile specialist from Germany, he serves as the exclusive US sales agent and program manager for OEM and aftermarket products, including carbon fiber driveshafts, axle shafts, sway bars, thermoplastic profiles and tubes, and e-motor sleeve solutions.
